'Maltese Falcon' Re-Make: Preparation for FM3 Creative Project
 

As part of the preparation for the creative project part of my FM3 coursework I was assigned into a group of four in which we had to work together to reproduce the first six minutes of the film 'Maltese Falcon' (1941), directed by John Huston. As part of this task, as a group, we had to direct, produce and edit our version of the beginning of the film. We also had to provide costumes, props and decide upon a location. The purpose of this task was to help us in deciding how we were going to approach our own individual creative project assignment and make us aware of what we may need to take into consideration when working on our own short film/film sequence.
